JP Expert is provided for personal learning purposes. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise share platform content in any unauthorised form. Use of the service for fraud, system disruption, or any activity that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may register and use only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent service limits or for fraudulent purposes may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

The content on JP Expert — lessons, flashcards, audio, images, and quizzes — is created to support your personal learning journey. You're welcome to use it freely for your own study; we just ask that you don't redistribute or share it outside the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. JP Expert does not guarantee that the service will be available continuously or free of errors. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Minor changes will be noted through the updated date at the top of this page.
