When you use JP Expert, we collect some necessary information to provide our service, including: your email address and display name when you register; learning progress data such as completed lessons, quiz scores, and daily streaks; and basic device and browser information for display optimisation and technical diagnostics.

Collected information is used to provide and maintain the learning service, personalise your experience based on your progress, and send study-related notifications such as streak reminders or new content updates. We also use aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data to improve lesson quality and app features.

3. Data security

Your data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encrypted connections and stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure. We do not share your personal information with third parties for any commercial purpose. Internal access to user data is limited to the minimum necessary to operate the service.

4. Your rights

You can access and view your personal information at any time through your profile page. You can edit your display name and account details in settings. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us — requests will be processed within 7 business days.
